More and more people are having to stay at home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It has created an interesting phenomenon on the CDT website. Web traffic has spiked over the last 6 days with nearly 2,000 visits to the website from March 19 to March 24. This was an increase of 54.6% versus the previous time frame March 13 – 18 and a whopping 134.3% over the same period last year.
Blogs are driving this traffic. There were 3 blogs that ranked ahead of the home page in terms of readers and after the home page there were 3 more blogs. 6 of the top 7 pages on the website were blogs.
This is a great time to write a blog for CDT and to write blogs for your own site. Some topic suggestions include:
- How you and your office are addressing the COVID19 restrictions.
- Advantages of the Collaborative Divorce process versus litigation particularly now when the courthouses are all closed.
- The April theme is Divorce Cost. This is financial but is also the emotional and relationship costs of divorce.
- May’s theme is Co-Parenting
- June’s theme is Fear.
Write some blogs during what may be a slower time in your practice in anticipation of a significant increase in business in the post-corona world. THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUILD THE COLLABORATIVE BRAND! People are reading blogs and information gathering now.
