Help Us Make Collaborative the Preferred Method of Divorce in Texas

CollaborativepreferredmethoddivorceTexasYou are Essential!

Your membership in Collaborative Divorce Texas matters.   CDT’s goal is for collaborative divorce to become the preferred method of divorce in Texas.  Now there are a lot of folks out there who roll their eyes at this goal.  But in his book “Good to Great,” Jim Collins suggests that to become great you have to set Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs) to stimulate progress.  According to Collins, “A BHAG is a huge and daunting goal.”   A goal that is clear and compelling, and that is what the CDT Board of Directors has done in establishing a BHAG of becoming the Preferred Method of divorce in Texas.

As a member of Collaborative Divorce Texas you are essential to helping this goal become a reality.  Your passion for the Collaborative Divorce process and your commitment to promoting Collaborative Divorce play an important role in making this happen.  Your CDT membership dues support all of the CDT marketing efforts to spread the word that Texans can Divorce Differently.  This is a message that CDT is promoting throughout the state.

Measuring Progress

How is progress toward the BHAG measured?  The best measurement CDT has is the growth in web traffic (See graphic). The February name change brought into focus the keywords of Divorce and Collaborative.   Since March CollaborativeDivorceTexas.com web traffic has increased 16.6% over 2015 traffic.  And since, June web traffic has been growing at an even faster rate of nearly 28.6% compared to 2015.

The brand promise ”Divorce Differently” is drawing more traffic to the website and creating opportunities for new cases.  As a member, you can leverage this traffic into your office by updating your CDT profile page and participating in the Facebook campaign (explained in marketing corner of this month’s newsletter), both of which are member benefits that are a part of your annual membership.

Membership Matters. Your  membership in Collaborative Divorce Texas supports marketing initiatives,  an updated and mobile friendly website that clients can access,  and education to the public to make the BHAG  a reality.  BHAGs don’t happen overnight, but through the passion of our members  the BHAG to become the Preferred Method of Divorce in Texas will happen. and that as a result divorce in Texas won’t ravage families, finances and the future of divorcing couples.
