While Covid did not slow the use of the collaborative process, and in fact, provided through its adaptability, one more reason why it is superior to litigation, it did impact the bond that collaborative professionals share. The experience of “up close and in person” collegiality with like-minded professionals has been negatively affected by Covid. I think you will be pleased to learn that with vaccines, boosters and/or appropriate Covid protocols, the band is getting back together (so to speak - no loud singing, please).
The 15th Annual Collaborative Law Conference will be held IN PERSON in Dallas at the Westin Galleria Hotel on March 24 and 25, 2022. The theme of this year’s program is “From Bush Leagues to the Big Leagues” and features an impressive lineup of speakers and topics, including on “Utilizing Specialized Professionals” and “When Transparency & Collaborative Advocacy Collide”. As usual, generous sponsors have stepped up to help with Keynote speeches and allow us to have a little better experience with our pre-session and break snacks (important stuff).
