JUST ROLL WITH IT: Recognizing & Responding to Resistance.

Recognizing resistance behavior and underlying motivations helps to identify best approaches to responding to unwilling clients. Learning to “roll with resistance” effectively creates cooperation between professionals and clients for eliciting change and making agreements.
